Title: Aviation e-Services Portal.
Client: In-house.
Role: Business analyst.
Synopsis:
This portal provides a unified one point of access to RUS aviation clients and stuff to manage the life cycle of the services, including ordering, processing, follow up, payments and customer accounts
Responsibilities:
· Verifying and validating requirements.
· Managing a team of people, identifying their roles and responsibilities.

Title: Cargo System.
This system aimed to manage the Air Cargo service in RUS Aviation with IATA standard documents, also we solved the delivery problems by designing Windows Mobile module which handles the flight information using a portable barcode enabled system.
· Helped client in development of business requirements, including identification of opportunities for improvement and optimization of business processes.
· Documenting all the requirements. Conducted JAD sessions to help different stakeholders to communicate their perspectives with each other, resolve any issues and come to an agreement quickly.

· Played Role of Project manager in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes. Made project plan and calculated resources. Used Gantt charts. Took care of Reporting and time tracking Activities.

NTC is a very huge Ground cargo company owned over 560 vehicles, 1500 drivers and 10 branches around Syria. The goal of this solution was to help the managers to prepare the price list for each destination, by calculating the average expanses per 1KM. Starting off this point the solution designed to control the vehicles expenses (Registration, Insurance, In- House maintenance, Out-House Maintenance, Driver salary and spare part).In other side, the system control the vehicle revenues and integrated with ERP system (Accounting, HR &Payroll, Stock Management), also small business intelligent module was design to reach the solution goals.
· Interacted with business users to get understanding of clients business needs gathered business requirements.
· Created use cases, Use case diagram, Business flow diagram.
· Conducted many formal and informal sessions to develop architectural solution that the application meets the business requirements, to resolve open issues and change requests.
